Delon knows food. Good food.

Born and raised in Singapore, Delon understands how varied and delicious foods can taste. The diversity and colourfulness of Southeast Asian cuisine has imbued in him a remarkable ability to utilize spices and herbs to create soulful dishes. Having worked for Mario Batali, and a 2-star Michelin restaurant in Finland, Delon has a strong grasp of both the classical and contemporary. Not willing to settle for second best, Delon has competed extensively in culinary competitions before joining ABS as a full-timer.

An easy-going, warm-hearted and gregarious individual, we have not met a single person who doesn't like Delon (we are not exaggerating, honestly). In his spare time, you will find him chillin' out with good friends, doing laps in the pool and relaxing in the sauna (a habit he picked up from his time in Finland). Feel free to walk up to him for a big bear-like hug (he's great at it).
